My mission is to share a full circle approach to wellness, where we can welcome all aspects of our lives, embrace the mystery, and allow ourselves to shine.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 200) in Beverly, MA, Reiki II practitioner and practice meditation, chant, and positive affirmation.
I both practice and teach Hatha and Vinyasa-inspired yoga and open my classes to every level of practitioner, encouraging my students to tap into the equanimity they already have residing within.
I’m also a partner, sister, daughter, and friend. I am so much more, but at the same time, I just am. The light in me honors you. Love. So. Much. Love.
What Does It Mean To SHINE?
As Scott M. Peck writes, “Life is difficult.” It’s beautiful, crazy, mundane, warm, confusing, and yes, difficult as well. All we can do is our best, and offer ourselves a little bit of compassion along the way. But with compassion, we also need action. Doing a little bit each day (or nothing at all) to listen and respond to what you need will ignite the potential energy that is inside of you. Most days, it’s yoga/meditation, writing, moving, and helping others. Other days, it’s being completely okay with quiet spaces and rest.
I am here to share what I do to shine. To invite you to take what you need, or learn what you don’t. Wherever you go from here, just remember to breathe along the way.
It’s doesn’t mean that you’ll wake up every day like a Disney character, majestically opening the windows to sing to your woodland friends. It means doing what you love, learning from your actions, and living intuitively day to day, soaking in each moment.
Just like the sun shines even if we can’t see it, understand that we shine every moment of every day. The light is there, I promise.
