Restorative Yoga
The First Sunday of Each Month: 7:30 PM – 8:45 PM

Each month, we restore balance within ourselves through gentle movements and restorative shapes. Class will end with either a guided meditation or pranayama practice. All you need is a comfortable space and an optional mat, pillows and/or blankets. Dress comfortably, have a tea or water nearby, and unwind.

50% of donations benefit organizations that support under-served communities; the remainder is added to a yoga class sponsorship donation pool. Each time we raise enough money to sponsor a yoga class to a member of our community, I will announce on Facebook and Instagram.

Cost: Donations can be made via Venmo @ shinewithlara

The link below will take you to an old Facebook group, where I held weekly Live-stream classes from March through June of 2020. Classes were donation-based, with partial proceeds benefiting some great non-profit organizations. This group will stay open until the end of 2020. Please feel free to access a pre-recorded class by clicking here.

– Bring Mindful Movement to University –

Some of my very first experiences as a movement teacher were spent at schools, and I’ve grown passionate about continuing to bring the practice to local colleges and universities.
