Practice Online


The onset of COVID-19 has pushed many movement practitioners to a virtual platform. Being in quaratine left me feeling helpless to all of the individuals in my community who are taking a financial hit by not being able to work; many of whom have families. I created a public Facebook group for us to gather and practice, and am donating 50% of all funds to local organizations that are making major impacts during this crisis through the month of May.

Restorative Yoga & Meditation/Pranayama
Sundays at 7:30 PM – 8:45 PM

On Sunday evenings, we restore balance within ourselves through gentle movements and restorative shapes. Class will end with either a guided meditation or pranayama practice. All you need is a comfortable space and an optional mat, pillows and/or blankets. Dress comfortably, have a tea or water nearby, and unwind.

Wake Up Flow & Mini Meditation
Thursdays at 7:00 AM – 8:15 AM

This morning flow will begin on our backs to gently wake up our body and prepare to salute the sun. We’ll move from low to high in an energizing sequence that will prepare your body to take on the day. Optional to have blocks, books, or sturdy upside down Tupperware nearby as props. As I cannot see you move, please reach out to me before or after class if you have any questions about a certain movement pattern or pose I can help you with.
